 What are the conditions for a refund?
You must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund:
- Provide the proof of purchase to confirm you purchased within the previous 30 days of initiating a refund or exchange;
- Ensure you complete a return and exchanges form; and
- Ensure the products are in their original condition with no damage, defect, or alteration.
To return your product, contact us to obtain the Return Authorization Code and specific return address. It takes us 24-72 hours to process returns (Monday through Friday on business days only). The shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility and are non-refundable.
The time required for your exchange product to get to your destination varies, depending on where you live.
