Shipping and Handling
Genevieve provides FREE Express worldwide shipping. Most orders are expected to be processed within 24-72 hours (Monday through Friday on business days only) of purchase confirmation (excluding weekends or holidays).
It takes us 2-3 business days to dispatch all orders from our warehouses. The duration may extend to 5 business days during peak periods. If there is any delay in shipping resulting from product unavailability, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs’ refunds. If you are shipping to a P. O. Box, the wait time might be longer.
We are always committed to helping our customers trace a missing parcel; however, we will not be responsible for untracked or missing parcels, delays, loss of shipments, damaged packages, or orders delivered to the wrong addresses.
Local Destination Tax and Duties
We highly encourage the customers to contact their local customs agency to learn about the duties payable on imports. Unfortunately, the Genevieve team has no authority to influence and/or change any import or customs duties that could be charged on your order upon arrival in the destination country. The customer will be liable for all these charges. If not cleared, such costs may lead to delays in delivery.
